Newport Beach, Calif. (August 12, 2014) — Aviation Capital Group (“ACG”) announced today that it has promoted Rae Ann McKeating to senior vice president and general counsel. In this role, Ms. McKeating will lead ACG’s legal department and serve as a member of the senior leadership team. In addition, she will continue as ACG’s chief compliance officer.
Ms. McKeating joined ACG in 2007 and was promoted to roles of increasing responsibility within ACG, becoming vice president in 2012. Ms. McKeating has previously served with both Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. and Willis Lease Finance Corporation as general counsel and corporate secretary. She is a member of the State Bars of California and Hawaii and received an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and J.D. from The University of Utah College of Law.
