NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (March 6, 2019) – Aviation Capital Group LLC (ACG), a leading aircraft operating lessor, announced today that Tom Baker has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer.
In his role as Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Baker will further integrate ACG’s focus on serving its customers and developing new growth opportunities for the business by driving closer alignment among the Sales/Marketing, Trading and Technical teams. These changes will strengthen ACG’s ability to focus on customer needs while enhancing revenue opportunities. Mr. Baker will continue to oversee ACG’s Aircraft Financing Solutions group.
Because of these changes, and effective immediately, the Chief Commercial Officer position held by Andy Mansell has been eliminated. ACG is grateful for the significant contributions that Mr. Mansell has made over the years and wish him success in his future endeavors.
“Tom has been integral in the creation of our innovative new Aircraft Financing Solutions group which allows ACG as an operating lessor to also offer a financing solution for airlines in addition to operating leases.
